A platform for arranging medical treatment in Armenia. You create one case describing what you need help with, choose which clinics may read it, and compare the treatment plans they send back — all in your own account, rather than by email with each clinic separately.

Create an account and answer five or six questions: the treatment area, the treatment if you know it, what is happening in your own words, whether a doctor has already seen you, and the dates that would suit you. Registration asks nothing about your health.

Choose “I'm not sure yet” and describe the problem instead. You are never asked to diagnose yourself, and a doctor reviewing your case will tell you what they would recommend.

No, but recent X-rays, scans or reports help a clinic understand your case much faster. You can add them at any time, and you tick which clinics may open each file.

Nobody, until you share your case. Each clinic you choose then sees your case reference, treatment area, what you wrote, your diagnosis answers, your preferred dates, your country and language, and only the documents you ticked. Clinics never receive your name, email address or phone number, and you can stop sharing with any of them at any time.

The clinic's assessment of your case, the treatment and its stages, how many trips and nights it needs, the price, any deposit, who you pay, what the price includes and excludes, aftercare and the clinic's cancellation and reschedule policies — set out the same way by every clinic so you can compare them. Where a clinic did not answer something, it is marked “Not stated” rather than assumed.

Yes. Book a video consultation with any clinic you still have questions for, from the times they publish. It happens in your browser with nothing to install, and you can move or cancel it before it starts. A consultation is optional, and talking commits you to nothing.

Not yet. After you choose, the clinic works out your exact treatment dates, including when to arrive and the earliest it is medically sensible to fly home. You then read the final dates, costs and terms and accept them. Nothing is agreed before that step. Payment is arranged with the clinic — each plan states who receives it — and we record your confirmation rather than taking the money.

Not today. Trip planning built around the dates your doctor confirms — visa guidance, flights, accommodation and transfers — is being built and appears in your account as “Later in your journey”. For now the platform covers everything up to confirmed treatment dates, and the travel arrangements are yours to make.

Your case, your documents and the plan you accepted stay in your account to download or show a doctor at home, and your messages with the clinic stay open. Each plan sets out the follow-up it includes and any warranty on the work. A portable treatment record and structured aftercare follow-ups are still being built.
